SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

Your order will usually been ship out within 1 business day after receiving cleared payment.  please check your shipping address carefully before checkout, it cannot be changed after order completed. The shipping time during Holiday Seasons (like Christmas) can be longer than the time promised.

All our items will be shipped to buyer's. Dynamic Illusions Printing and Hand Crafted Designs uses the best shipping method that is best for your items, Generally, the USPS will offer the best rates for small packages regardless of if you're shipping First Class Mail, Media Mail, Priority Mail Package or Flat Rate. Our shipping department will evaluate your items and choose the fastest and most reliable shipping for your needs. Shipping tracking number will be provided through email for you to track your items.

EASY RETURNS

Items shipped can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Our Store offers a 30 days (from buyer received) return and exchange policy. If you're not 100% satisfy with our products, you can return them within 30 days in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or for an exchange. 

 

Unless items have been personalized. All items must be addressed and approved by email at: dynamic.illusions.printing@gmail.com if personal items are damaged or a manufacturing defect your representive will address the problem and have a solution to fix the problem.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will recieve a tracking number through email once the order has been sent to our shipping department. Once you recieve it you can track your order through the shipping company and where your package is located in the shipping process.
